Description

This set of arches (6 pieces) are made for the MITSUBISHI L200, third generation (1996?2005), double cab. They stick out about 4 cm. They are made of good quality, hand-laid fiberglass and they come with black gel coat finish (smooth mat). Each arch is installed with 4 to 5 self tapping screws on the underside surface, by drilling and screwing. Three of the screws are fitted through sheet metal strips which are fixed on the fiberglass, so that there is a distance of 2 cm between the flange of the flare and the metal flange of the wing right above the wheel. This design allows the flare to be flashed with water on the inside in order not to collect mud and debris.

Note that you cannot use your original mud flaps with these, you will need flat mud flaps, which you can find at any car accessories shop. The arches are best installed by a professional or an experienced amateur. We include the necessary screws, washers and black rubber trim.

All kits are sold as unfinished products, prep-work (i.e. sanding, cutting, filling, body work and primer) and painting is required for the best finished look. Items come in gray primer. Professional shop with body kit installation experience recommended.
